Specialism

Betech is specialized in injection moulding of thermoplastic technical plastics in medium order quantities varying from +/- 10.000 pcs until 10.000.000 pcs. The whole process, from Design For Manufacturing (DFM) until optimizing and validation is being go through in close cooperation with our customers.

We believe that the DFM-phase (Design for Manufacturing) is essential for the future of your product. The injection moulding experts take up the challenge to create a stable and high-quality product together with you. On request, a prototype can be delivered to discover vulnerabilities and critical points.

Mold design and realization

Based on years of experience in injection moulding, molds are designed internal, according to your needs. Even the realization of the mold is being taken out of your hands in collaboration with our partners.

FOT (First out of Tool)

The optimization and validation of the process is being done in the FOT. This crucial phase is gone through carefully so that you are assured that your product meets the set requirements.
