At Betech Mass Turning, as a CNC Turner, you are responsible for the entire production process: you read customer drawings, gather the right tools, set up the machine, and manage the production process on modern CNC lathes. You will work in our digitalized factory focused on efficiency, with the opportunity to bring your own ideas to life.

We produce tens of millions of custom parts annually in all types of metal using fully automated and intelligent production techniques, operating 24/7. Our primary focus is efficiency—producing as many products as possible in the shortest time while maintaining optimal quality. This enables us to manufacture everything in the Netherlands at globally competitive prices.
What will you do?
- Independently write programs for CNC lathes
- Set up machines using programs (such as Fanuc and Mitsubishi) and tools
- Operate multiple modern CNC machines
- Collaborate with robots and other automation systems
- Strive for optimal production combined with the highest possible quality level
- Work in a digitalized environment, with further investments planned in the coming years

Experience with CNC machines is beneficial but not essential. Betech is happy to offer you the opportunity to train as an independent CNC Operator!
