Due to globalization, the Western European manufacturing industry has seen firm competition in several low-wage countries for around 20 years. The level of competition has increased significantly and therefor the need for Western Europe to produce smart too. In terms of cooperation, the Netherlands is top of the class!
On Friday, March 22nd, the 25th anniversary of Betech was celebrated intensively! During the open day, visitors were given a tour of the new production halls (10,000 m2), the Betech-Smart Industry Platform was presented, the million-dollar order from Mercedes was officially launched, the first Automated Guided Vehicles were shown and the highlight of this spectacular party was the show of Og3ne. But the most important thing about this special day: everything that has been achieved with all employees in 25 years, was celebrated with friends, family and relations!
Never before has the demand in the market for production capacity been as large as in recent years. In order to meet all this customer needs, considerable investments have been made in people, machines, production halls and digitization. The production surface has increased to 17,000 m2 and the number of turning, milling and injection moulding machines has been increased to 95 units.
